Study goals
To illustrate the influence of multi-localized entrepreneurial project teams and how they present differentials in the renewal of the way of leading, how to show the entrepreneurial leadership skills despite the distance and the cultural and linguistic difficulties.
Relevance / originality
It shows how entrepreneurial environments can be the solution for new work formats and the needs of new project formats, and how to satisfactorily conduct the performance of teams that do not occupy the same physical space.
Methodology / approach
Systematic literature review with searches in Web of science and Scopus databases with analysis of 154 articles through a qualitative research.
Main results
Entrepreneurship can contribute to the adaptation of the multi-localized environment, adaptation of employees, differentiated management, and the overcoming of communication and culture. In addition to the contribution to the project environment, we find a great contribution to organizations.
Theoretical / methodological contributions
Implementing entrepreneurship within organizations, through leadership, management and
entrepreneurial project environment, may be the solution to remedy daily problems and
bring great gains to project environments.
Social / management contributions
Bringing a new vision of the environment, according to those who experience it on a daily basis, we would have even more knowledge of possible gains and losses, as well as greater prominence to collaborate with new global environments Different optics on
