Application of the A3 process, based on the understanding of the problem, from the strategic deployment, through analysis of causes and construction of learning, to propose effective countermeasures that impact the business result, before thinking about the solution

Proposition of effective countermeasures for the causes found (reduction of process lead time and better quality in the products generated), organizational learning with greater team involvement and connection with a strategic impact - profitability increase

A structured approach linked to the strategy allowed the team to see the value of the tool (A3 process and value stream mapping) generating engagement, through discoveries, for further implementation and monitoring
