Identify the value proposition of e-health products regarding the needs of the health ecosystem.
Relevance / originality
Digitization is transforming the world, platform-based business models have increased exponentially, as is the challenge of understanding the potentials and limitations of e-health products to generate appropriate value propositions.
Methodology / approach
The research has a quantitative and qualitative approach. A systematic review of the literature was carried out, segmented by bibliometrics and content analysis.
Main results
It was possible to identify a value proposition for each e-health product regarding the needs of the health environment.

Social / management contributions
It is believed that the interconnection of these actions can favor services that generate value and well-being for users. Discussion of internal and external actors in the health ecosystem in relation to increasingly complex issues, which contributes to more effective actions.
