Resumo

O presente artigo tem como objetivo apresentar as certificações e os selos ambientais como uma das soluções para a sustentabilidade na construção civil, visando o diminuir os impactos causados ao meio ambiente e melhorar a preservação da natureza.

A construção civil tem um papel fundamental no desenvolvimento econômico e social de um país, sendo responsável por inserir no mercado de trabalho milhares de pessoas, porém aliado a isso é inegável que é a maior responsável pela degradação do meio ambiente.

A metodologia dessa pesquisa centrou se em uma pesquisa bibliográfica que se utilizou inicialmente a fundamentação teórica baseada nas leituras de autores que discorrem sobre o assunto tema desse trabalho.

Compreender e ter conhecimento acerca das medidas que devem ser implementadas, visando minimizar os efeitos causados ao meio ambiente de tal forma que possa garantir um mundo sustentável para as gerações futuras.

No contexto exposto visa-se apresentar as certificações ambientais no âmbito da construção civil, para que as empresas mudem a sua forma de gerir suas obras no brasil todo, tornando o setor mais sustentável e equilibrado com o meio ambiente.

As certificações e os selos ecológicos surgiram com o intuito de certificar as instituições que comprovassem trabalhar e construir de forma sustentável sem agredir o meio ambiente em vários aspectos, e partir disso foram criadas diversas certificações com parâmetros diferentes.

This article aims to present environmental certifications and seals as one of the solutions for sustainability in civil construction, aiming to reduce the impacts caused to the environment and improve the preservation of nature.

Civil construction has a fundamental role in the economic and social development of a country, being responsible for inserting thousands of people into the job market, but allied to this, it is undeniable that it is the main responsible for the degradation.

The methodology of this research was centered on a bibliographical research that initially used the theoretical foundation based on the readings of authors who discuss the subject of this work.

Understand and have knowledge about the measures that must be implemented, aiming to minimize the effects caused to the environment in such a way that it can guarantee a sustainable world for future generations.

In the above context, the aim is to present environmental certifications in the context of civil construction, so that companies can change the way they manage their works throughout Brazil, making the sector more sustainable and balanced with the environment.

The certifications and ecological seals emerged with the aim of certifying institutions that proved to work and build in a sustainable way without harming the environment in various aspects, and from that, several certifications with different parameters were created.
