Reumo

Objetivo do estudo
Este relatório técnico tem como objetivo apresentar o conjunto fuzzy QCA (Qualitative Comparative Analysis) realizado pelo software fsQCA 3.0.
Relevância/originalidade
No Brasil, o uso do método e do software fsQCA 3.0 ainda é novo e muito escasso, o que torna este relato técnico relevante.
Metodologia/abordagem
Este método foi desenvolvido por Ragin (1987) e vários cientistas sociais em todo o mundo tem utilizado o método para compreender fenômenos complexos.
Principais resultados
Para apresentar uma avaliação, o potencial e o escopo do software, apresenta-se os fundamentos do QCA, sua principal variação - o QCA fuzzy-set, o potencial analítico do software e as possibilidades em estudos de casos.
Contribuições teóricas/metodológicas
Os componentes da análise fuzzy QCA são aplicados para apoiar a análise quantitativa de dados e tornar mais fácil a influência de variáveis complexas para organizar a abordagem científica qualitativa
Contribuições sociais/para a gestão
A apresentação prática do fsQCA software 3.0 e discussão sobre os benefícios amplia a possibilidade de adoção da tecnologia.

Abstract

Study goals
This technical report aims to present the fuzzy set QCA (Qualitative Comparative Analysis) performed by the fsQCA 3.0 software.
Relevance / originality
In Brazil, the use of the fsQCA 3.0 method and software is still new and very scarce, which makes this technical report relevant.
Methodology / approach
This method was developed by Ragin (1987) and several social scientists around the world have used the method to understand complex phenomena.
Main results
To present an evaluation, the potential and scope of the software, the fundamentals of the QCA are presented, its main variation - the fuzzy-set QCA, the software's analytical potential and the possibilities in case studies.
Theoretical / methodological contributions
The components of fuzzy QCA analysis are applied to support quantitative data analysis and make it easier to influence complex variables to organize the qualitative scientific approach.
Social / management contributions
The practical presentation of fsQCA 3.0 software and discussion of the benefits expands the possibility of adopting the technology.
