Resumo

O presente estudo tem como objetivo realizar um diagnóstico situacional das iniciativas desenvolvidas no Project Management Institute – Minas Gerais (PMI-MG) e propor ações para a adesão aos objetivos da ONU, tendo em vista seus valores e princípios e valores.

A temática da sustentabilidade está inserida de forma transversal em todas as áreas do conhecimento e realizar projetos de maneira sustentável, à luz dos ODS da ONU, tem sido determinante para o sucesso das organizações.

Realizado por meio de uma pesquisa qualitativa e exploratória, o estudo se embasou teoricamente em referências bibliográficas sobre a temática de projetos e sustentabilidade e utilizou informações fornecidas pelo PMI-MG para atingir o objetivo proposto.

Os resultados demonstraram que penas 25% dos projetos tiveram ODS associadas aos seus objetivos, o que sinaliza que, apesar de ter esta preocupação, os projetos do PM/MG ainda estão incipientes no contexto de ações rumo à sustentabilidade.

This study aims to carry out a situational diagnosis of the initiatives developed at the Project Management Institute – Minas Gerais (PMI-MG) and propose actions for adherence to the UN objectives, in view of its values, principles and values.

The theme of sustainability is transversally inserted in all areas of knowledge and carrying out projects in a sustainable manner, in the light of the UN's SDGs, has been a determining factor for the success of organizations.

Carried out through a qualitative and exploratory research, the study was theoretically based on bibliographical references on the theme of projects and sustainability and used information provided by PMI-MG to achieve the proposed objective.

The results showed that only 25% of the projects had SDGs associated with their objectives, which indicates that, despite having this concern, PM/MG projects are still incipient in the context of actions towards sustainability.
