Abstract
Knowledge transfer and project management are necessary in the development of products and/or services generating competitive advantage in organizations. The objective of this work is to analyze studies on knowledge transfer in project management. The methodological strategy adopted was the Systematic Literature Review (RSL), in order to understand the two themes addressed. The corpus of analysis consisted of 7 articles published between 2010 and 2020 and address studies on innovation, technology, strategy, among others. After a complete reading of the articles, they were classified into two categories (Learning and Technology Transfer). It is hoped that this study can contribute to the deepening of the discussion on the topic of Knowledge Transfer and Project Management and that the relevance of providing a database that informs already published articles, journals, authors and categories of subthemes will be a facilitating basis for professionals, students and researchers.
