Resumo

O estudo analisa a contribuição do Instituto Federal de São Paulo para o Sistema Nacional de Ciência, Tecnologia e Inovação, por meio de acordos e contratos firmados pela Agência de Inovação entre 2018 e 2022.

A originalidade da pesquisa reside na análise detalhada dos dados, permitindo identificar a concentração de projetos em áreas específicas, sua distribuição geográfica, a relação com os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável e o perfil dos coordenadores envolvidos.

O estudo foi de natureza exploratória e mista, combinando pesquisa documental em fontes de acesso aberto e pesquisa de campo, com a realização de entrevistas.

Os acordos e contratos concentram-se em áreas como engenharias e TICs, com maior colaboração em âmbito local e regional. Os projetos se alinham mais com os objetivos econômicos da Agenda 2030, com menor adesão aos pilares social e ambiental.

A pesquisa contribui para o avanço do conhecimento sobre a atuação do Instituto Federal de São Paulo no âmbito da inovação, oferecendo subsídios para o desenvolvimento de novas estratégias de fomento à inovação.

A pesquisa apresenta uma ferramenta prática para a avaliação da aderência de projetos aos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável, estimulando a adoção de práticas mais sustentáveis e inovadoras.

The study analyzes the contribution of the Federal Institute of São Paulo to the National System of Science, Technology and Innovation, through agreements and contracts signed by the Innovation Agency between 2018 and 2022.

The originality of the research lies in the detailed analysis of the data, allowing the identification of the concentration of projects in specific areas, their geographical distribution, the relationship with the Sustainable Development Goals and the profile of the coordinators involved.

The study was exploratory and mixed in nature, combining documentary research in open access sources and field research, with interviews.

The agreements and contracts focus on areas such as engineering and ICT, with greater collaboration at local and regional levels. The projects are more aligned with the economic objectives of the 2030 Agenda, with less adherence to the social and environmental pillars.

The research contributes to the advancement of knowledge about the performance of the Federal Institute of São Paulo in the area of innovation, offering subsidies for the development of new strategies to promote innovation.

The research presents a practical tool for assessing the adherence of projects to the Sustainable Development Goals, encouraging the adoption of more sustainable and innovative practices.
