The aim of this research is to analyze entrepreneurship in the company Japacheco, which operates in the oriental cuisine sector, with an emphasis on human resource management.

Methodology / approach
This qualitative research utilizes a case study of the company Japacheco, focusing on human resource management. Data collection was conducted through a semi-structured script, covering general aspects of the company and subprocesses of People Management.

The main results show that Japacheco lacks a formal strategic plan and a job description manual, limiting clarity in functions. The company faces challenges in recruiting and integrating employees, needing improvements in people management.
