The procedures adopted for the execution of action research included diagnosing issues related to the need for engaging new stakeholders, planning interventions, and critically analyzing the results
Relevance / originality
The loss of patrons and the reengagement of new stakeholders require corrective actions in projects. However, these measures are not adequately addressed in research, which tends to emphasize prescriptive and predictive measures, offering opportunities for further investigation on the topic.
Methodology / approach

Main results
The results of the interventions in this study indicate corrective measures to identify new stakeholders, change their roles, and involve them in the project, allowing for the development of a framework and stakeholder management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Theoretical / methodological contributions
This research, while describing the client-supplier relationship and their interests in implementing corrective measures for stakeholder engagement, theoretically contributes to the understanding of this process and also presents processes involving problem containment and stakeholder re-engagement.
Social / management contributions
It presents a set of measures and steps aimed at generating individuals for task execution, as well as improving social relationships and trust in a client-supplier relationship within projects, including handling confidential data.
