The relevance of the study lies in exploring the impact of digital transformation on the relationship between stakeholder engagement and value co-creation in the B2B context, a field that is still little studied, offering an original and quantitative analysis of this interdependence.
Methodology / approach
The study uses a quantitative approach based on structural equation modeling (VB-SEM). The data were collected through a survey with responses from professionals involved in digital transformation processes in the B2B context.
Main results
The main results of the study confirm that there is a positive relationship between stakeholder engagement and co-creation of value. In addition, digital transformation mediates this relationship, expanding the positive impact of stakeholder engagement in the co-creation of value.

The study contributes theoretically by confirming the role of stakeholder engagement in the co-creation of value, mediated by digital transformation. Methodologically, it applies structural equation modeling (VB-SEM) in the B2B context, an innovative and underexplored approach.
