Which socioemotional competencies are most utilized in the digital transformation environment? To answer this question, the study aims to conduct a systematic literature review to identify which socioemotional competencies contribute most significantly to the digital environment.

The systematic review analyzed socioemotional competencies in digital transformation through 20 articles from 2019 to 2023 in the Scopus and Web of Science databases, focusing on soft skills in business and decision-making.

Most relevant competencies include innovation, creativity, critical thinking, teamwork, adaptability, flexibility, and team responsiveness in the digital and competitive context. IT managers need entrepreneurial vision, creativity, and collaboration, while HR strategies should integrate innovation and interpersonal skills.
