The study adopts a qualitative approach, based on a case study of a digital transformation project in a landfill. The methodology includes semi-structured interviews with key stakeholders, documentary analysis of reports and project documents, and direct observation.
Main results
The study identified that transparent communication, early stakeholder involvement and proactive management of expectations could have facilitated project management and were the main lessons learned.
