The study adopted a mixed qualitative research method, through a systematic literature review (SLR) and interviews with experts.
Main results
The results indicate a trend toward integrating traditional, agile, and hybrid project management approaches with innovation, business, and startup methodologies, with a predominance of agile methods for risk mitigation and support of critical activities.
