Resumo

Objetivo do estudo

Pesquisa qualitativa utilizando Design Science Research (DSR)

Principais resultados

Abstract

Study purpose

Present a proposal for using Artificial Intelligence to provide initial support to project managers in identifying stakeholders, based on the input of a Project Charter via RAG.

Relevance / originality

The research distinguishes itself by grounding AI responses in a specific project document—the TAP—via RAG, thereby addressing a gap in the literature that treats AI as a generic aid to stakeholder management

Methodology / approach

Qualitative research using Design Science Research (DSR)

Main results

The three AIs assist with stakeholder management, but none applied the full range of PMBOK tools in isolation. ChatGPT was concise but went beyond the scope; Gemini stood out for its formal terminology; and Claude demonstrated greater traceability to the Project Charter.

Theoretical / methodological contributions

The theoretical contribution proposes a new way to integrate Artificial Intelligence and stakeholder management into an artifact aligned with the PMBOK.

Social / management contributions

The contribution to practice lies in presenting the possibility of using AI to support stakeholder management planning in IT projects.
