Resumo

Apresentar uma análise investigativa de como o Bar e Restaurante Quintal 86, localizado na cidade de Goiânia/GO, se beneficiou do emprego de estratégias emergentes e a capacidade adaptativa, como forma de se destacar no mercado, durante o cenário de crise.

O trabalho se mostra relevante por ser aplicado em uma empresa bastante jovem que conseguiu enfrentar o cenário de crise ocasionado pena pandemia da COVID-19 e se destacar no ambiente mercadológico.

Este artigo utiliza a metodologia de estudo de caso exploratório, com abordagem qualitativa, e ferramentas de pesquisa de entrevista semiestruturada e análise documental do Bar e Restaurante Quintal 86.

Ao final das análises, pode-se comprovar que as estratégias emergentes utilizadas pelo Bar e Restaurante Quintal 86, foram fundamentais para a manutenção e destaque no ambiente mercadológico, ainda que perante cenário de crise.

Present an investigative analysis of how the Quintal 86 Bar and Restaurant, located in the city of Goiânia/GO, benefited from the use of emerging strategies and adaptive capacity, as a way to stand out in the market, during the crisis scenario.

The work is relevant because it is applied in a very young company that managed to face the scenario of crisis caused by the pandemic penalty of COVID-19 and stand out in the market environment.

This article uses the exploratory case study methodology, with a qualitative approach, and semi-structured interview research tools and documental analysis of the Quintal Bar and Restaurant 86.

At the end of the analyses, it can be proven that the emerging strategies used by the Quintal 86 Bar and Restaurant were fundamental for the maintenance and prominence in the market environment, even if in the face of crisis.
