Resumo

Entender como os critérios de sucesso de projeto evoluiu ao longo do tempo, com a inclusão da visão e importância dos diversos stakeholders e, sua influência e atuação, de forma diversa e conflitante, durante o ciclo de vida do projeto.

Explicitar a importância de se ter requisitos holísticos, tangíveis (triângulo de ferro) e intagíveis, contemplando todos os stakeholders, definidos no início do projeto e monitorados ao longo do seu ciclo de vida, para se obter o sucesso dos projetos.

Realizada uma RSL - Revisão Sistemática da Literatura, segundo o método preconizado por Pollock e Berge (2018), pesquisou como o entendimento de sucesso de projetos evoluiu cronologicamente, agregando aos requisitos iniciais objetivos, outros subjetivos, sob a óticas dos diversos stakeholders.

Demonstrou o entendimento de sucesso de projeto ao longo do tempo e, como os requisitos evoluiram dos aspectos tecnicos, adicionando a estes os aspectos intagíveis, à medida que os diversos stakeholders influenciam nas decisões e se incorporam na execução dos projetos.

Mostrou a evolução no entendimento do sucesso de projetos e, propõe uma abordagem holística no aprofundamento do conhecimento teórico sobre os fatores ou requisitos de sucesso dos projetos, na visão dos diversos stakeholders, durante o ciclo de vida dos projetos.

Propõe uma abordagem holística para os praticantes, instrumentalizando-os no entendimento dos fatores de sucesso dos projetos, possibilitando melhorar a gestão dos projetos, durante o ciclo de vida, contemplando os stakeholders e, assim aumentar a probabilidade de sucesso dos projetos

To understand how project success criteria have evolved over time, including the vision and importance of different stakeholders and their influence and performance, in a different and conflicting way, during the project life cycle.

To explain the importance of having holistic, tangible (iron triangle) and intangible requirements, covering all stakeholders, defined at the beginning of the project and monitored throughout its life cycle, in order to achieve project success.

A RSL - Systematic Review of Literature, according to the method recommended by Pollock and Berge (2018), researched how the understanding of project success evolved chronologically, adding to the initial objective requirements, others subjective, from the perspective of the various stakeholders.

It was demonstrated the understanding of project success over time and how the requirements evolved from the technical aspects, adding to these the intangible aspects, as the different stakeholders influence the decisions and are incorporated in the execution of the projects.
