Study goals
Present an evolution of a technological platform for the Renegotiation of Credit Operations, aimed at clients in the corporate segment, offered by a large FI based in Brazil.
Relevance / originality
Updating of the management processes and the technological platform of the financial contracts for Renegotiation of Credit Operations, of an innovative nature in the Financial Institution studied.
Methodology / approach
This study is structured under the methodology of qualitative research, using interviews with people from a team responsible for executing projects in the area of Renegotiation of Credit Operations of the FI studied.
Main results
The use of techniques to measure the complexity of stories, such as Stories Points, started to demonstrate a greater visibility of the composition of the Sprint, executing stories with greater possibility of conclusion.
Theoretical / methodological contributions
Technical and functional training proved to be another determining factor for the successful completion of the project.
Social / management contributions
Improvement in the computational platform with greater efficiency in the processing time of contracts, as well as better in the process of control and estimation of user histories.
