Study goals
The objective of this technical report was to explain the contributions of the use of adaptive project management methodologies, in the management and in the projects of the information technology directorate of the CAPES.
Relevance / originality
The contribution of the use of agile methodologies, in achieving the objectives of a systems development project, in the federal public administration, was ratified.
Methodology / approach
The method used was qualitative research, using documental research techniques.
Main results
The results obtained in the construction of the system using agile practices properly, combined with the commitment of the interested parties, knowledge of the Product Owner, allowed to ratify the contribution of the use of agile methodologies, in achieving the objectives project

Social / management contributions
The development of the PTI system, which allowed CAPES to evaluate the development of internationalization projects and strategic themes of the institutions participating in the CAPES/PRINT public notice.
