Resumo

Identificar e mensurar os elementos que facilitam e os que restringem a atividade da logística de entrega nas mercadorias na Cidade Inteligente.

Está na importância do resultado da entrega efetiva das mercadorias, para o desenvolvimento social, econômico e ambiental sob a perspectiva da Cidade Inteligente, uma vez que ele investiga os elementos que facilitam e que restringem essa entrega.

Pesquisa quantitativa, de enfoque descritivo, realizada com gestores de logística de empresas transportadoras de cargas de todos os estados brasileiros, por meio de questionário em escala Likert de 5 itens. Utilizou-se software SPSS Statistic e Análise Fatorial Confirmatória para mensuração das variáveis.

Uma eficiente educação de trânsito, envolvendo motoristas e pedestres, a existência de sinalização do trânsito visível, de placas identificando os nomes dos logradouros e os imóveis tendo numeração regular foram os elementos mais facilitadores e a inexistência de estacionamento o mais restritivo.

Ele confirmou pela pesquisa survey, o que a literatura pesquisada sinaliza: que os elementos facilitadores interferem no processo de logística de entrega das mercadorias, contribuindo para que essa entrega aconteça em um contexto de maior rapidez, menor custo e impacto ambiental.

Têm relação com os resultados das ações de criação dos elementos facilitadores da logística de entrega, bem como da eliminação dos que restringem essa atividade logística, pois terá contribuirá o desenvolvimento social, econômico e financeiro da Cidade Inteligente.

Identify and measure the elements that facilitate and those that restrict the activity of the logistics of delivering goods in the Smart City.

It is in the importance of the result of the effective delivery of goods, for the social, economic and environmental development from the perspective of the Smart City, since it investigates the elements that facilitate and that restrict this delivery.

Quantitative research, with a descriptive approach, carried out with logistics managers of cargo transport companies in all Brazilian states, using a 5-item Likert scale questionnaire. SPSS Statistic and Confirmatory Factor Analysis were used to measure the variables.

An efficient traffic education, involving drivers and pedestrians, the existence of visible traffic signs, signs identifying the names of the streets and the properties having regular numbering were the most facilitating elements and the lack of parking the most restrictive.

He confirmed by the survey research, what the researched literature indicates: that the facilitating elements interfere in the logistics process of delivery of goods, contributing to this delivery to happen in a context of greater speed, lower cost and environmental impact .
