Resumo

Valendo-se do método dedutivo e abordagem qualitativa, através do estudo bibliográfico de diferentes teorias, autores e obras pertinentes ao tema e problema de pesquisa, considerando, ainda, a abordagem de redes de stakeholders, o presente buscou entender o papel dos stakeholders para a adesão e efetiva observância aos princípios da RSE por corporações.

By using the deductive method and qualitative approach, through the bibliographic study of different theories, authors and studies that are relevants to the theme, while considering the approach of stakeholder networks, the present sought to understand the role of the stakeholders to an adherence to CSR principles by corporations.
