Resumo

Este trabalho teve como objetivo localizar, sintetizar e identificar as relações dos estudos que retratam a adaptação em projetos, constituídas em práticas de Gestão de projetos, e suas conexões com os elementos institucionalizados e padronizados nas organizações.

A institucionalização de novas práticas pode ser a forma como a gestão de projetos é capaz de influenciar a maneira como as organizações conduzem seus processos internos, podendo ser um agente de mudança institucional.

Para alcançá-lo, utilizou-se de uma abordagem quantitativa por meio dos métodos bibliométricos de citação, cocitação e de pareamento bibliográfico, a fim de identificar as relações entre os trabalhos publicados.

Os resultados mostraram que os efeitos institucionais no planejamento sustentável em projetos e a gestão do contexto institucional em projeto são elementos fundamentais na gestão de projetos.

O estudo realizado contribuiu com a teoria identificando os principais trabalhos, os mais recentes e sua estrutura intelectual sobre o tema em discussão A partir de uma amostra de 199 artigos e selecionando 523 citações.

Como contribuição para a prática, podemos citar os fatores de cocitação e de pareamento deste estudo como elementos essenciais na institucionalização da adaptação das práticas em gestão de projetos.

This work aimed to locate, synthesize and identify the relationships of studies that portray adaptation in projects, constituted in Project Management practices, and their connections with institutionalized and standardized elements in organizations.

The institutionalization of new practices can be the way project management is able to influence the way organizations conduct their internal processes, and can be an agent of institutional change.

To achieve this, a quantitative approach was used through bibliometric methods of citation, co-citation and bibliographic pairing, in order to identify the relationships between published works.

The results showed that the institutional effects on sustainable planning in projects and the management of the institutional context in projects are fundamental elements in project management.

The study carried out contributed to the theory by identifying the main works, the most recent ones and their intellectual structure on the topic under discussion. From a sample of 199 articles and selecting 523 citations.

As a contribution to practice, we can cite the co-citation and matching factors of this study as essential elements in the institutionalization of the adaptation of practices in project management.
