To map studies on organizational learning in the area of project management.
Relevance / originality
It is important to understand that organizational learning is essential for the project sector as a key strategic factor.
Methodology / approach
This research used the Systematic Literature Review (RSL) as a method in order to understand the agreement of the themes of Organizational Learning and Project Management.
Main results
After analysis, the results culminated in the categorization of the topics of the articles according to the classification into four categories: (a) Risk Management; (b) Project Change Management; (c) Knowledge Management; (d) Encouraging Creativity.
Theoretical / methodological contributions
The importance of access to a database that informs the work carried out, journals, authors and sub-theme categories is a support tool for researchers and professionals as a way to better manage tacit knowledge for the explicit.
Social / management contributions
With this, it was also possible to visualize that, according to the research results, some factors contribute to the practice with the success and/or failure of the project from the perspective of aspects of organizational knowledge management.
