Study goals
This study aims to identify management factors and relevant impacts for the development of an organization.
Relevance / originality
There is a direct relationship between employee engagement and the performance of the organization. This relationship, when well managed, can bring positive impacts for both parties, on the other hand, when not taken advantage of, it can be harmful.
Methodology / approach
The present research was elaborated through surveys of works with authors, which detail the subjects of: people management, future trends and impacts for organizations. This study is classified as exploratory research comparing the perception of each author.
Main results
The results obtained bring new perspectives on current people management trends, in which companies will need to adapt. Remote work, predictive analytics, diversity and other changes taking place in the organizational environment are examples of these trends.
Theoretical / methodological contributions
With the results of the research, it was possible to observe the growing need for the evolution of people management and for the appreciation of employees in organizations to remain competitive in the market.
Social / management contributions
As a social contribution of the study, the relevance of human capital for the growth of organizations is highlighted, the investment in this collaborator can bring gains for both parties Strategic HR has an essential role with the managers to process support.
