Understanding the management of innovation projects in the context of university-company partnership: Case Laboratory of Experimental Chemotherapy in Veterinary Parasitology (LQEPV).
Relevance / originality
The work is justified by the fact that it expands knowledge about the application of good practices in the management of innovation projects in the context of a university research center that has partnerships with private companies in the development and validation.
Methodology / approach
The research was designed from a descriptive perspective, of a qualitative nature and with the design of a case study. In addition, the case study was associated with a documentary research.
Main results
Detailed analysis of LQEPV and its partnerships with companies in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry reveals the critical importance of collaboration between universities and companies in the innovation landscape.
