Resumo

Este trabalho tem como objetivo compreender como servidores públicos do legislativo de um município na grande São Paulo, realizam ações legislativas, baseando-se em inteligência artificial, mais especificamente o ChatGPT.

Esse estudo se propõe a investigar quais características ou processos do ChatGPT estão sendo utilizados pelos servidores públicos de uma casa legislativa, e quais inovações estão sendo alcançadas com a adoção desta ferramenta na administração pública.

A metodologia utilizada, sendo do tipo qualitativa descritiva com a realização de estudo de caso único, por meio de uma entrevistas semiestruturadas e observação participante, realizando a análise de conteúdo para validação dos dados; descrição dos resultados.

Mostrar como os servidores dessa casa legislativa estão utilizando a inteligência artificial (ChatGPT) em suas atribuições; por fim, as considerações finais que indicam a necessidade de utilização de novas tecnologias e ferramentas inovadoras no setor público.

Em cada uma das categorias das análises definidas no procedimento metodológico, existe uma forma de resposta.

À luz das discussões apresentadas, apresenta-se algumas contribuições deste estudo. Sendo a principal delas a busca de uma ferramenta de inteligência artificial que possa potencializar as principais ações que estão sendo realizadas atualmente pelo ChatGPT

This work aims to understand how public servants of the legislature of a municipality in greater São Paulo, carry out legislative actions, based on artificial intelligence, more specifically ChatGPT.

This study proposes to investigate which features or processes of ChatGPT are being used by public servants of a legislative house, and which innovations are being achieved with the adoption of this tool in public administration.

The methodology used, being of the descriptive qualitative type with the accomplishment of a single case study, through semi-structured interviews and participant observation, performing the content analysis for data validation; description of results.

Show how the servers of this legislative house are using artificial intelligence (ChatGPT) in their duties; finally, the final considerations that indicate the need to use new technologies and innovative tools in the public sector.

In each of the analysis categories defined in the methodological procedure, there is a form of response.

In light of the discussions presented, some contributions of this study are presented. The main one being the search for an artificial intelligence tool that can enhance the main actions that are currently being carried out by ChatGPT.
