The overall objective of the research is to analyze the satisfaction of quality department employees at a steel plant located in Médio Piracicaba, MG, regarding Leadership 4.0.

Leadership 4.0 emerged with the Fourth Industrial Revolution, also known as Industry 4.0. It aims to establish an increasingly robust organizational culture within the company, a need brought about by the digital transformation.

Data collection was conducted through interviews with employees using a questionnaire that analyzed the satisfaction of quality department employees at a steel plant regarding the implementation of Leadership 4.0.

The data analysis reveals that employees assess the effectiveness of Leadership 4.0 through their managers, viewing it as crucial for process enhancement. They are content with its usage and technology in the realm of continuous improvement.
