Research in the literature and field in the universe of 1,758 micro, small and medium industries in 2012, 15,112 micro and small industrial and service companies in 2016, and 16, 231 in 2021, with random and accessibility samples.
Main results
In the presented literature and empirical analysis, it suggests that predictable dimensions, competencies and technological capabilities, combined with appropriate management technologies, are prominent factors in the evaluation of sustainable organizations that lead to economic and social development.
