Methodology / approach
In order to understand the attitudes, knowledge, beliefs, feelings, values, interests of consumers regarding post-consumer reverse logistics of electrical and electronic equipment, a case study was used, through a questionnaire and observation.
Main results
Um dos principais obstáculos encontrados no processo reverso dos REEE é a falta de regulamentação. Todavia, é imperativo estabelecer regras de gestão e definir metas e objectivos para que os operadores económicos participarem e promovam o processo reverso dos produtos.
Theoretical / methodological contributions
Establish rules for regulating the reverse chain and define goals and objectives for economic operators in Angola to promote the necessary adjustments to internalize the new requirements in their respective activities, and participate in the reverse process of products.
