Conceptual review in national and international scientific databases, where articles with adherence to the theme of the relationship between the science of Administration and the phases of the Industrial Revolution were identified.

Trace an evolution in the focus of Management, which responds to the characteristics of each of the phases of the Industrial Revolution, with emphasis on the change observed in the so-called Fourth Industrial Revolution.

As a proposal for the development of this study, it is expected that factors that cause changes in administrative practices will be discussed in greater depth.
