For this, a case study was carried out with qualitative data collection instruments, through a partially structured interview applied to the organization's management and documentary research.

The results highlight the difficulties faced in the implementation of agile methodologies, with implications for third sector organizations and new insights for future analysis and comparisons with private or non-private companies that are or intend to adopt agile methodologies.
