Investigate and discuss the precepts of the Dragon Dreaming method to deal with tacit knowledge arising from project management.
Relevance / originality
Use the Textual Analysis as a statistical technique for project management method precepts which, although based on sustainability principles as a success factor in projects, is not widespread.
Methodology / approach
Research with a qualitative approach, basic nature, and exploratory objectives, using bibliographic and documentary procedures. From a philosophical perspective, it ha based on an epistemological and pragmatic view that questions how to transfer knowledge between individuals mobilized to solve practical problems.
Main results
Presentation of the transcription of meetings as a way of apprehending unrecorded and dispersed information in the project teams, contributing to textual analyzes that make it possible to identify candidate lessons for registration as lessons learned and organizational memory.
Theoretical / methodological contributions
Use a lexical statistical analysis technique to obtain a qualitative representation of document content, which contributes to the understanding of its most significant structural elements.
Social / management contributions
In the context of knowledge management in projects, the presentation of the transcript of project team meetings (and respective textual analysis) is a success factor in recording lessons learned and preserving organizational memory.
