Avaliar nível de maturidade em gestão de projetos dentro de uma instituição pública do Poder Judiciário do estado do Tocantins

O tema deste estudo possui grande destaque na área de gerenciamento de projetos, haja vista a necessidade premente das organizações obterem resultados de forma ágil e precisa. Quanto a originalidade, observa-se que trata-se de uma primeira abordagem na Instituição pesquisada com relação a utilização de modelos de maturidade

Quanto ao tipo de pesquisa, este estudo é essencialmente descritivo, pois visa descrever as características e o nível de maturidade do órgão do Poder Judiciário do Estado do Tocantins dos envolvidos. Quanto à abordagem utilizada nesta pesquisa foi quantitativa, uma vez que se utilizou de um instrumento de pesquisa em forma de questionário e cujos dados foram tratados com técnicas estatísticas. O instrumento utilizado nesta pesquisa foi o questionário de Avaliação de Maturidade – KPMMM (Kerzner, 2006)

Constatou-se quantitativamente que a Instituição encontra-se com um grau de maturidade de CRESCIMENTO, apresentando evidencias de outros níveis como ALTA DIREÇÃO e GERENCIA

Assessment of the level of maturity in project management within a public institution of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins

The theme of this study has great prominence in the area of project management, given the pressing need for organizations to obtain results in an agile and precise manner. As for originality, it is observed that this is a first approach in the researched institution with regard to the use of maturity models

As for the type of research, this study is essentially descriptive, as it aims to describe the characteristics and the level of maturity of the body of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins of those involved. As for the approach used in this research, it was quantitative, since it used a survey instrument in the form of a questionnaire and whose data were treated with statistical techniques. The instrument used in this research was the Maturity Assessment questionnaire - KPMMM (Kerzner, 2006)

It was found quantitatively that the Institution has a degree of GROWTH maturity, presenting evidence from other levels such as HIGH DIRECTION and MANAGEMENT
