Study goals
This article aims to explain the development process of the implementation of the communication of the Research, Development and Innovation Management Model (MGPDI) based on the concepts of signaling theory, as well as solutions already adopted by institutions with similar performance.
Relevance / originality
The wealth of knowledge that is available in the developed theories allows exploration in several areas, even if they are more technical, such as the proposal to build a website.
Methodology / approach
This research was carried out as a case study, with a qualitative character and exploratory predominance.
Main results
The results obtained point to a redesigned website with all the desired information made available to interested parties and aligned with the strategic objectives and with the websites of institutions worldwide references with objectives similar to the MGPDI.
Theoretical / methodological contributions
The study confirms the applicability of signaling theory concepts in structuring an organization's effective communication with stakeholders.
Social / management contributions
