Resumo

O presente em estudo tem como objetivo analisar o processo de remanufatura. Ponderar sobre suas vantagens econômicas, sociais e ambientais.Seus principais entraves enfrentados pelas empresas que realizam remanufatura.

A sociedade atual busca maneiras de reduzir o impacto gerado pela produção e consumo de bens. A remanufatura é uma maneira de gerar uma redução no impacto ambiental, agregando valor ao bem e reduzindo os custos de produção.

O artigo foi elaborado através de uma revisão de literatura dos principais conceitos sobre o tema, suas vantagens e barreiras teóricas. Foram analisados também estudos de caso a fim de se analisar a aplicação da teoria, suas reais vantagens e quais são as principais barreiras enfrentadas pelas empresas que realizam tal operação.

Após a analise da teoria e suas aplicações foi possível observar não haver grande diferença entre a teoria. Vale ressaltar que a operação reduz o impacto ambiental gerado e geram outros benefícios no âmbito de inovação, também foi possível notar uma dificuldade por parte das empresas sobre a incerteza na quantidade e qualidade dos bens recebidos para que seja possível realizar a operação. Outro importante fator limitante é a falta de reconhecimento por parte do mercado em aceitar os bens remanufaturados.

O artigo traz uma analise aplicada da teoria, mostrando a relação entre ambas. Servindo com base para futuros estudos a cerca do mesma tema. Foram analisadas empresas de diversos setores, possibilitando uma maior variedade de estudos de caso.

O melhor entendimento sobre remanufatura e suas principais barreis auxiliará futuros estudos sobre o tema. Facilitando sua aplicação e possíveis melhoras no processos, sanando diversas barreias provenientes da operação de remanufatura. O entendimento das barreiras proporcionado pelo presente artigo, poderá servir de auxilio para gestores. Utilizando o artigo como base para um melhor entendimento do processo para que consigam realizar o processo de maneira optimizada.

The article was prepared through a literature review of the main concepts on the topic, its advantages and theoretical barriers. Case studies were also analyzed in order to analyze the application of the theory, its real advantages and what are the main barriers faced by companies that carry out such an operation.

After the analysis of the theory and its applications, it was possible to observe that there is no great difference between the theory. It is worth mentioning that the operation reduces the environmental impact generated and generates other benefits in the scope of innovation, it was also possible to notice a difficulty on the part of the companies regarding the uncertainty in the quantity and quality of the goods received so that it is possible to carry out the operation. Another important limiting factor is the market's lack of recognition of accepting remanufactured goods.

The article brings an applied analysis of the theory, showing the relationship between both. Serving as a basis for future studies on the same theme. Companies from different sectors were analyzed, enabling a greater variety of case studies.

A better understanding of remanufacturing and its main barrels will help future studies on the subject. Facilitating its application and possible improvements in the processes, solving several barriers resulting from the remanufacturing operation. The understanding of the barriers provided by this article, may serve as an aid to managers. Using the article as a basis for a better understanding of the process so that they can carry out the process in an optimal way.
