Resumo

Identificar através de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, trabalhos que relacionam o conceito de indústria 4.0 com os fundamentos do desenvolvimento sustentável.

O estudo aborda a importância de observar juntos, dois conceitos de extrema relevância e interesse que ao longo dos anos estiveram sempre em conflito. Tendo em vista de um lado um futuro com produtividade mais efetiva, e do outro, um planeta mais sustentável nas dimensões econômica, social e ecológica, esses conceitos precisam ser observados de forma integrada pois refletem o comportamento da sociedade e criam novas oportunidades que podem resultar na quebra de paradigmas.

A pesquisa foi desenvolvida com o conceito de uma revisão integrativa da literatura, de caráter exploratório e apresentado em uma narrativa que se fundamenta em diversos tipos de estudos, sendo eles qualitativo, quantitativo e estudos de caso.

Pode se observar que apesar de ainda poucos trabalhos realizados, pode-se notar tendências de pesquisas e estudos realizados em áreas específicas dentro deste contexto, à maioria deles está voltada para a questão da eficiência energética, e outra parte, voltada para questão social e mão de obra qualificada, além de uma significativa parcela que discute a respeito da cadeia de suprimentos e smart fabrics.

O estudo contribui com uma visão de conscientização para um cenário atual mas que deverá se agravar no futuro, caso, mais estudos não forem realizados e a atenção para essas tendências sociais não receberem a devida importância. É preciso aprimorar a investigação sobre os impactos tanto positivos como negativos para que possam ser previamente solucionados.

Este trabalho tem como principal objetivo a reflexão sobre um desenvolvimento mais sustentável diante de um cenário que prevê um novo salto no desenvolvimento econômico, mas que por outro lado, não mede questões sociais importantes, as quais faram parte da responsabilidade dos futuros gestores e organizações.

Identify through an integrative literature review, works that relate the concept of industry 4.0 with the foundations of sustainable development.

The study addresses the importance of observing together, two concepts of extreme relevance and interest that over the years have always been in conflict. Bearing in mind, on the one hand, a future with more effective productivity, and on the other, a more sustainable planet in the economic, social and ecological dimensions, these concepts need to be observed in an integrated way as they reflect the behavior of society and create new opportunities that can result in breaking paradigms.

The research was developed with the concept of an integrative literature review, of an exploratory character and presented in a narrative that is based on several types of studies, being qualitative, quantitative and case studies.

It can be observed that although there are still few works carried out, one can notice trends in research and studies carried out in specific areas within this context, most of them are focused on the issue of energy efficiency, and another part, focused on the social and hand issue qualified workforce, in addition to a significant portion that discusses the supply chain and smart fabrics.

The study contributes to a vision of awareness for a current scenario, which is expected to worsen in the future, if more studies are not carried out and attention to these social trends is not given due importance. It is necessary to improve research on both positive and negative impacts so that they can be previously resolved.

This work has as main objective the reflection on a more sustainable development in the face of a scenario that foresees a new leap in economic development, but which, on the other hand, does not measure important social issues, which will be part of the responsibility of future managers and organizations.
