Study goals
The goal of this article is to present a literature review with the purpose of discussing female leadership in the pandemic, addressing gender aspects and the role of women throughout history.
Relevance / originality
The present study is relevant, as it aims to bring to light a theme that is still little discussed in the literature: women's strategic leadership and the pandemic.
Methodology / approach
The research has a qualitative approach, a bibliographic survey and data analysis of researches focused on business led by women were carried out Regarding the research objectives, the explanatory procedure was used, with focus on analyzing the female leadership during the pandemic.

With the research, one can observe the importance of female leadership and in some aspects there is a huge discrepancy between gender It is essential to talk more about the subject, as the woman leader is still left in the background.

This article seeks, through bibliographical research, to support the discussion of relevant themes such as female leadership in the pandemic, gender issues and the role of women over time. Currently, there are few studies focused on the subject.
