Identificar quem são os stakeholders urbanos dos municípios encontrados na literatura

Discussão aprofundada de como os governos, a indústria, os cidadãos e a sociedade civil são fundamentais para os gestores urbanos e planejadores urbanos poderem melhorar a relação entre a gestão urbana municipal com tais stakeholders e promover o desenvolvimento socioeconômico urbano.

Este estudo performou uma revisão sistemática da literatura, selecionando 36 artigos na base de dados Scopus.

Os principais resultados desse estudo estão na identificação e discussão sobre os quatro principais stakeholders urbanos encontrados na literatura, os quais são: os governos, a indústria, os cidadãos e a sociedade civil.

Este trabalho contribui com a teoria dos stakeholders e com os estudos urbanos, pois mapeia os stakeholders urbanos e discute detalhadamente como os quatro tipos com maior ocorrência na literatura são stakeholders sob o construto de Stakeholder (Freeman, 1984).

Aos praticantes, como gestores públicos de municípios e planejadores urbanos, este trabalho contribui ao sintetizar como a literatura tem demonstrado a forma em que tais stakeholders são afetados pelas ou afetam as políticas da gestão urbana.

This study performed a systematic literature review, selecting 36 articles from the Scopus database.

This work contributes to stakeholder theory and urban studies, as it maps urban stakeholders and discusses in detail how the four types with the highest occurrence in the literature are definitely stakeholders under the construct of stakeholder (Freeman, 1984).

For practitioners, such as public managers of municipalities and urban planners, this work contributes by synthesizing how the literature has shown the way in which such stakeholders are affected by or affect urban management.
