Study goals
The objective is to identify the volume of articles that studied stakeholder engagement and co-creation together, and understand if there is a relationship between these two constructs.
Relevance / originality
Stakeholder engagement and value co-creation in strategy formulation gains relevance in companies and in science, whether by expanding the participation of stakeholder groups, whether in technology development or through studies that address the relationship between these two constructs.
Methodology / approach
The purpose of this study is to carry out a systematic literature review using a 3-stage methodology: planning as stage 1, review as stage 2 and reporting as stage 3.
Main results
This study can conclude that there is an important relationship between stakeholder engagement and value co-creation, presenting relevant results for the sustainable development of organizations
Theoretical / methodological contributions
As a methodology, it contributes to the classification process of studies related to stakeholder engagement and value co-creation, and the detailing of the objectives, results, limitations and method of each article divided by sector.

This study contributes to highlight the relevance of developing models, technology and processes to improve stakeholder engagement management for value co-creation
