Resumo

O objetivo deste estudo é investigar quais os benefícios que a utilização do BIM traz para a Gestão de Projetos.

Os estudos existentes sobre este tema abrangem análises individuais caso a caso Este estudo se diferencia pois se trata de uma análise de múltiplos estudos, apresentando-os, categorizando-os de acordo com as áreas de conhecimento do PMBOK e estágio do projeto.

Realizada uma Revisão Sistemática da Literatura cuja coleta de dados foi realizada em janeiro de 2021 nas bases de dados Scopus e Web of Science.

Identificados 173 benefícios, tendo sido elaborada uma matriz de interação entre os benefícios, estágio de desenvolvimento do projeto e as áreas de conhecimento do PMI (2017).

Este estudo apresenta o estado atual dos benefícios do uso de BIM para o gerenciamento de projetos, servindo como referências para trabalhos futuros.

Os resultados apresentam benefícios da utilização do BIM no gerenciamento de projetos e apontam possíveis novos estudos que aumentam o conhecimento dentro deste tema.

The aim of this study is to investigate what are the benefits of using BIM to Project Management.

Existing studies on this topic include individual case-by-case analyses. This study differs in that it is an analysis of multiple studies, presenting them, categorizing them according to the PMBOK's areas of knowledge and project stage.

A Systematic Literature Review was carried out and data collection was carried out in January 2021 in the Scopus and Web of Science databases.

A total of 173 benefits were identified, and an interaction matrix between the benefits, project development stage and PMI knowledge areas was elaborated.

This study presents the current status of the benefits of using BIM for project management, serving as a reference for future work.

The results show benefits of using BIM in project management and point to possible new studies that increase knowledge on this topic.
