Resumo

Este por objetivo identificar quais são as dificuldades vivenciadas por mulheres empreendedoras e a capacidade de superação no trabalho e na família. A pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa e exploratória, realizada por meio de entrevistas com roteiro semiestruturado, remotamente, com 30 empreendedoras de diferentes ramos de negócios. As empreendedoras procuram derrubar barreiras que as atrapalham pelo fato de serem mulheres, estereótipos estes que foram socialmente construídos e procura o apoio da família, que as inspiram a continuar suas atividades.

This objective is to identify the difficulties experienced by women entrepreneurs and the ability to overcome at work and in the family. The research of qualitative and exploratory approach, carried out through interviews with semi-structured script, remotely, with 30 entrepreneurs from different branches of business. Entrepreneurs seek to break down barriers that hinder them by the fact that they are women, stereotypes that were socially constructed and seek the support of the family, which inspire them to continue their activities.
