Resumo

Este artigo tem por objetivo identificar os aspectos motivacionais presentes no cotidiano das mulheres empreendedoras ao se depararem com dificuldades vivenciadas no trabalho e no contexto familiar. A pesquisa entrevistou, remotamente, 30 empreendedoras de diferentes ramos de atuação, apoiada em um roteiro semiestruturado. As principais dificuldades referem-se à conciliação familiar, preconceito, assédio, machismo, falta de valorização e aspectos legais do negócio. Os aspectos motivacionais apontam a importância de diferentes estratégias garantir a continuidade da manutenção e o funcionamento de seus negócios mesmo perante as dificuldades apontadas por elas.

This article aims to identify the motivational aspects present in the daily life of women entrepreneurs when faced with difficulties experienced at work and in the family context. The research remotely interviewed 30 entrepreneurs from different branches of activity, supported by a semi-structured script. The main difficulties refer to family reconciliation, prejudice, harassment, machismo, lack of appreciation and legal aspects of the business. The motivational aspects point to the importance of different strategies to ensure the continuity of maintenance and the operation of their business even in the face of the difficulties pointed out by them.
