Study goals
The objective of this technical report was to present the adoption of agile and project management framework, methods and techniques for a software development team in a multinational organization.
Relevance / originality
Customers and stakeholders could not predict the entire scope. This scenario may be related to uncertainties caused by constant changes in organizations associated with the project scope that is known throughout the project life cycle.
Methodology / approach
Data were obtained from professional members of the project team and from support tools for the organization's project management. This technical report was created according to the protocol by Biancolino et al, (2012).
Main results
Based on the results presented, the restructuring of the project team brought the use of the value stream of Scrum, Kanban, artifacts and support tools, in addition to gains in the team's capacity in relation to transparency, inspection and adaptation.
Theoretical / methodological contributions
It has contributions to the transformation process from predictive projects to agile projects.
Social / management contributions
It has contributions to the development of self-managed teams, the development of functional management within information technology and business, and agile transformation.
