Resumo

O objetivo do estudo é mensurar a relação entre a orientação para metas do gerente de projetos com o constructo de sucesso de projetos num contexto de orientação empreendedora

Não existem estudos que demonstrem a influência do GP no sucesso de projeto a partir da sua orientação para metas.

Podemos classificar como uma pesquisa descritiva e quantitativa, de natureza básica. O instrumento de pesquisa utilizado foi uma survey eletrônica e a unidade de análise definida é o gerente de projetos.

Nossos resultados indicam que a orientação a meta de aprendizagem é benéfica para a eficiência e para o trabalho com a equipe de projetos, enquanto a orientação a meta de evasão, impacta negativamente o sucesso dos projetos considerando a equipe.

A primeira contribuição diz respeito à necessidade de compreender a aquisição de habilidades em função do contexto (Millhollan & Kaarst-Brown,2016) Adicionalmente, também é coberto a lacuna da teoria do alto escalão, quanto à compreensão da discrição dos gerentes intermediários(Wangrow,2015)

Os resultados deste trabalho indicam a importância para a preparação e seleção de profissionais, a importância da motivação e do ambiente das organizações para estimular a orientação a meta de aprendizagem em ambiente de orientação empreendedora

The aim of the study is to measure the relationship between the project manager's goal orientation with the construct of project success in a context of entrepreneurial orientation.

There are no studies that demonstrate the influence of the GP on project success based on its goal orientation

We can classify it as a descriptive and quantitative research, of basic nature. The research instrument used was an electronic survey and the defined unit of analysis is the project manager.

Our results indicate that learning goal orientation is beneficial for efficiency and for working with the project team, while evasion goal orientation negatively impacts the success of projects considering the team.

The first contribution concerns the need to understand the acquisition of skills as a function of the context (Millhollan & Kaarst-Brown, 2016). Additionally, the gap in top-level theory is also covered, regarding the understanding of the discretion of middle managers (Wangrow, 2015)

The results of this work indicate the importance for the preparation and selection of professionals, the importance of motivation and the environment of organizations to stimulate the orientation to the learning goal in an entrepreneurial orientation environment.
