Relevance / originality
Practical case that occurred in 2021 and 2023 in a large Brazilian Electricity Sector Group. The project was executed in the state of Santa Catarina.

The methodology adopted was action research with a detailed survey, critical analysis, intervention, preparation of documentation, implementation and monitoring.
