Study goals
To report on the sustainability of Youth Listening, a pilot project of the Digital Youth Program, a public policy of the Fortaleza City Hall that aims to promote the integration of young people from public schools into the job market.

Methodology / approach
This technical report used exploratory, descriptive, and qualitative research. Primary data were collected through interviews with project managers and focus groups with the project's youth. Bardin's (2020) content analysis protocol was used for analysis.
