Study goals
to analyze the difficulties that micro and small entrepreneurs of services in the health area encounter in carrying out the financial management of their businesses, seeking to identify how this management is carried out and to verify the elements that facilite it.
Relevance / originality
The work proves to be relevant by highlighting the importance of financial management and the impacts caused by its absence in micro and small companies, being original when analyzing the results found after the applicability of the ALI Program in health companies.
Methodology / approach
Bibliographical and field research, analyzing the results recorded in the Innovation Radar diagnoses of eight Companies in the ABC region that completed the first and second cycles of the ALI Program from November 2020 to November 2021.
Main results
When analyzing the results, it is possible to highlight: the impact of the actions implemented on the productivity indicator, the change in monitoring the company's productivity and profitability, establishing the necessary routines for good financial management.
Theoretical / methodological contributions
The need to apply methods for innovation in financial management as a support system for the decision-making process in the companies surveyed was evident, in order to guarantee the survival and success of the businesses.
Social / management contributions
70% of the companies analyzed had an increase in revenues above 25%, in addition to defining key financial indicators for their financial planning, monitoring and constant review of their numbers, budget, revenues and expenses.
