Resumo

O objetivo do artigo foi compreender os impactos dos indicadores-chave de desempenho (KPI) de Facility Management (FM), na percepção dos gestores, sobre os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS).

O FM, a partir dos anos 2000, tem sido objeto de investigação sob a perspectiva da sustentabilidade, conforme a revisão bibliográfica.

Utilizou-se um questionário estruturado composto por duas partes: questões descritivas e assertivas, enviado para 65 alunos de pós-graduação em FM da cidade de São Paulo.

Os resultados apontaram que os indicadores impactam parcialmente alguns ODS: trabalho decente e crescimento, água limpa e saneamento, inovação da infraestrutura e saúde e bem-estar. Contudo, quando verificadas as reais consequências das ações de FM sobre essa nova agenda, percebeu-se distanciamentos.

À medida em que as dimensões teóricas e práticas distanciam-se, faz-se necessária uma nova investigação para entender o fenômeno, jogando luz sobre um tema de relevância mundial – a agenda sustentável.

O Facility Management (FM), dentro das organizações, tem por objetivo dar suporte às operações por meio da manutenção, operação e conservação das suas infraestruturas físicas prediais e, consequentemente, atender às necessidades de qualidade, de segurança e de conforto dos usuários.

The objective of the article was to understand the impact of key performance indicators (KPI) of Facility Management (FM), in the perception of managers, on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

From the 2000s onwards, FM has been the object of investigation from the sustainability perspective, according to the bibliographic review.

A structured questionnaire consisting of two parts was used: descriptive and assertive questions, sent to 65 FM graduate students in the city of São Paulo.

The results showed that the indicators partially impact some SDGs: decent work and growth, clean water and sanitation, infrastructure innovation and health and well-being. However, when the real consequences of FM's actions on this new agenda were verified, distance.

As the theoretical and practical dimensions drift apart, a new investigation is needed to understand the phenomenon, shedding light on a topic of global relevance – the sustainable agenda.
