Relevance / originality
In volatile and uncertain economic scenarios, the exchange of key stakeholders becomes more present in long-term projects, thus setting up a presentation model focused on critical success factors, which can guide the display of results to new key stakeholders who reach the end of the project, contributes to the establishment of trust between the project team and the new stakeholders.
Methodology / approach
The proposed methodology was design science research (DSR), as it involves empirical assessment of a real problem and a prescriptive solution.
Main results
Explore and use the presentation model to be applied in this organization to improve the communication of the indicators and engagement in the exchange of key stakeholders.
Theoretical / methodological contributions
A tool based on academic theories, which seek to improve the reaction capacity of the project manager in case of change of the main stakeholder have a lot to contribute to the professional project environment.

Demonstrate the use of DSR within a common project problem, thus expanding its use within management
