Resumo

Propor e analisar um modelo capaz de caracterizar e avaliar a percepção de stakeholders da APAE de Sete Lagoas (APAE-SL), identificando o nível de envolvimento destes grupos com a instituição.

Este estudo reflete uma oportunidade de se olhar a sustentabilidade social pela convivência com pessoas com deficiências, através de stakeholders institucionais. Este tema é relevante tanto para a literatura, quanto para a gestão de organizações (ONGs).

Realizou-se uma pesquisa descritiva qualitativa, com seis profissionais, via análise do discurso e quantitativa, com uma amostra de 213 familiares da APAE-SL, de um total de 687 assistidos, com tratamentos estatísticos de modelagem de equações estruturais, para se estudar os construtos e variáveis

Conclui-se que as avaliações de “funcionários e atendimento” superam as avaliações sobre a “infraestrutura” da instituição. Ademais, a opinião a respeito dos diversos aspectos estudados sobre a instituição após conhecer a APAE é melhor do que a impressão que se tinha antes de conhecê-la.

Teoricamente este relato contribui analisando um conjunto de construtos e variáveis que podem ser evoluídos para um modelo validado, capaz de demonstrar com profundidade as relações entre os stakeholders das APAEs e outras instituições. Metodologicamente a contribuição consiste na aplicabilidade de estatísticas robustas para estudos científicos.

A compreensão da evolução de ONGs e de seus stakeholders a um mundo muito mais complexo, inteligente e sofisticado justifica a realização de um trabalho que efetivamente seja contributivo gerencialmente. Socialmente este relato pretende contribuir trazendo clareza e facilitando empregabilidade e o desenvolvimento de novas atividades.

To propose and analyze a model capable of characterizing and evaluating the perception of stakeholders of APAE in Sete Lagoas (APAE-SL), identifying the level of involvement of these groups with the institution.

This study reflects an opportunity to look at social sustainability through living with people with disabilities, through institutional stakeholders. This theme is relevant both to the literature and to the management of organizations (NGOs).

A qualitative descriptive research was carried out, with six professionals, via discourse and quantitative analysis, with a sample of 213 family members of APAE-SL, from a total of 687 assisted, with statistical treatments of structural equation modeling, in order to study the constructs and variables.

It is concluded that the evaluations of “employees and attendance” exceed the evaluations on the “infrastructure” of the institution. In addition, the opinion about the various aspects studied about the institution after knowing APAE is better than the impression one had before meeting it

Theoretically, this report contributes by analyzing a set of constructs and variables that can be developed into a validated model, capable of demonstrating in depth the relationships between the stakeholders of APAEs and other institutions. Methodologically, the contribution consists in the applicability of robust statistics for scientific studies.

Understanding the evolution of NGOs and their stakeholders towards a much more complex, intelligent and sophisticated world justifies the performance of work that is effectively managerial contributory. Socially, this report aims to contribute bringing clarity and facilitating employability and the development of new activities.
